Eligibility for success-based pricing is determined case by case. Not every negative review qualifies for removal, and we may decline matters that appear ineligible, incomplete, deceptive, or outside our operating standards.

Review platforms control final moderation and removal decisions. TrustLift Reviews does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee that a review will be removed, suppressed, or permanently prevented from reappearing.

Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes only and may change based on platform response time, evidence quality, reviewer conduct, or policy complexity.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, legitimate documentation, and truthful case details. TrustLift Reviews may pause or terminate work if material facts are withheld or if requested actions would be misleading, abusive, or non-compliant.

Clients remain responsible for their own business practices, public responses, legal obligations, and any decisions made outside the scope of our services.

All site content, branding, and materials created by TrustLift Reviews remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustLift Reviews will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
