Compliance
This page explains the operating principles TrustLift Reviews follows when assessing, documenting, and escalating negative review removal cases.
Effective date: May 6, 2026
Policy-led review removal
TrustLift Reviews handles matters through documented platform policies, supporting evidence, and reputation-safe escalation practices. We do not position our work as a way to bypass authentic platform moderation rules.
Cases are reviewed for eligibility before work begins, and we may recommend against removal efforts where the available facts do not support a compliant challenge.
Honest evidence standards
We expect clients to provide truthful facts, authentic screenshots, and legitimate supporting records. We do not knowingly submit fabricated claims, false identities, manipulated records, or deceptive reports.
If submitted information appears unreliable or inconsistent, we may request clarification, pause the matter, or decline the engagement.
Confidentiality and data handling
Sensitive case materials are handled with reasonable confidentiality and shared only as needed to assess, manage, and escalate the review removal matter.
Access to client information is limited to the parties reasonably necessary to operate the service, support the website, or process a platform escalation.
Platform and legal boundaries
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Where a matter may involve defamation, extortion, impersonation, employment law, or other legal claims, clients should seek advice from qualified legal counsel.
We reserve the right to refuse work that would conflict with platform rules, legal obligations, ethical standards, or our internal operating policies.
Ongoing compliance review
Our workflows, messaging, and supporting practices may be updated over time to reflect platform policy changes, service provider changes, privacy expectations, or new operational requirements.
Questions about compliance practices can be directed through the website contact form or booking flow.
